Where do I ship?

I ship worldwide from France. All orders are sent with a tracking number — you'll receive it by email as soon as your order is dispatched. I ship regularly to all EU countries.

Shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout.

Build & dispatch times

Custom PhOB controllers — built to order. Lead time is 1 to 2 weeks from payment confirmation. I'll send you updates and tracking info once shipped.

3D printed parts — printed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.

OEM parts — dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (subject to stock availability).

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. You'll receive it by email once dispatched. If you haven't received your tracking number after the expected build time, feel free to contact me.

Customs & import duties

For orders within the EU, no customs fees apply. For orders outside the EU (UK, Switzerland, USA, etc.), customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping price.

Lost or damaged package

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and photos if applicable. I'll do my best to find a solution quickly.
